Rules and Regulations for Tournament:

1. Tournament Outline

   1. All teams consist of 3 players only.

      1. All players must be put in at sign up.

      2. No Restrictions on size, type, or badges

   2. All rounds are single elimination until the Final Four.

      1. Final Four and Championship will be Best of 3 Series.

   3. Tournament will be played on stage 1 game at a time on the 2500 Court.

      1. TEAMS MUST KNOW THE SCHEDULE OF PLAY!

         1. Next game up needs to be ready on dots.

         2. The team that does not start with ball (Lower Seed) goes to the dots while the game before them plays

            1. This not only helps with flow of tournament, but helps keep spots so non-tournament participants don't take the spot.

         3. The team that gets ball to start (Higher Seed) waits by the other dots for the winning team to step off and for you to take their spots

         4. NOT ADHERING TO THE DOTS CAN RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFIAITON FROM THE TOURNAMENT!

            1. Don't waste everyone's time! Be ready, Be Present!

2. Prohibited Uses

   1. Any cheating devices to include but not limited to

      1. Zens, ChronusMax, or similar

      2. Scripts

      3. Post Production Modifications

   2. Playing on a non-registered GamerTag

      1. Grounds for immediate disqualification

   3. Any confirmed use of the aforementioned devices leads to immediate disqualification.

3. Explanation of Prize Payout

   1. $600 Prize to winners is based on 32 team entry

      1. Prize will normalize based on number of teams signed up

         1. 60% of prize pool goes to Winners, 15% to second place. 25% for giveaways and champ hoodies!

      2. Prize will be paid out immediately following championship win.

         1. Prize can be paid out in the following methods:

            1. PayPal

            2. CashApp

            3. ACH/Wire (fees may apply)

            4. Venmo

            5. Mailed Check (With Hoodies)

   2. Championship Hoodies

      1. Will include team Logo of winning team

      2. Will have Players Custom GamerTag on the Hoodie.

      3. Prizes will be sent out within week of tournament after information of winners is collected.

   3. Prizes for 2nd Place

      1. $150 Dollars for second place.

      2. All rules above in section 3.1 apply.

   4. All prizes based on 32 team tournament.

4. LagOuts

   1. Must have screenshot of error code as you lag out.

      1. No Screenshot means your team will have to finish the game without you or be disqualified.

   2. Actions after lagouts are based on current score

      1. If both teams agree on a fix, you may do that, if not follow these steps

         1. If lagout happens in before either team reaches 7 points, restart the game when person loads back up

         2. Score Between 8-16

            1. Play the spread

               1. Unless both teams agree, Replay the game to that point

         3. After 16 points

            1. Finish the game

5. Seeding

   1. Due to this being first tournament, seeds will be based on who signs up first!

6. Animate Dat Man, LLC and its affiliates reserve the right to multi-stream any and all games.

7. Commissioners Note

   1. All decisions in the tournament will lay with the tournament commissioners. Their discretion and decision is final.

   2. Commissioners will not be able to participate as a team.
